The computer that I call Arlt 2001 has been built by Arlt in 2001. It has a floppy disk drive, an RS232 connector and cannot boot from USB. It is a 32bit compi. I cannot boot it with Ubuntu 10.11, the monitor does not work then. The only way to start it that I found so far is with a Knoppix 6.7 CD, fb800x600 mode.

Installing Windows 95

To install Windows 95 on it, you will need a Windows 95 boot floppy, a Windows 95 boot CD (I got mine from eBay) and a registration code.

  • boot from floppy
  • fdisk c:
  • format c:
  • change drive to s:
  • call setup.exe
