Usually, a dos-shell starts in C: With this program, you can start it from the context-menu wherever you want.
After installing, click right on a folder in the Windows-Explorer, and you have an entry in your context menu to get a dos-shell in this directory. This software manipulates the registry. It has been tested with Windows 2003 and 2008.
